A visit to Dr. Nathalie at Alma Medical Spa is worth fitting into your vacation schedule. I'm a fan of the OxyGeneo facial (very relaxing) and the PRP plus microneedling facial (not relaxing but so great for collagen production.) Nathalie is an MD and licensed provider and fabulous person to spend time with. The spa is located at the Bodhi Tree Resort.

If you’re looking to get something cosmetic done in Nosara or frankly anywhere in Guanacaste and beyond, this is the place to go.
After visiting plenty of med spas in my hometown of Toronto over the years, quite literally no one anywhere has compared to the level of expertise, precision, and professionalism of Dr. Nathalie who runs Alma and is an M.D and licensed aesthetic injector.
She is truly an aesthetic ARTIST with a bedside manner of unparalleled patience, amicability, and reason. She has firm standards for her work and hence will not give you something you don’t actually need, but will ultimately give you the exact end result you want, even if you weren’t sure beforehand of exactly what that was. Her levels of experience are obvious and her procedural (& product & even “trend”) knowledge is phenomenally impressive in relation to how the science applies to visual aesthetic ratio/dimension/proportion in terms of final result.
A truly impressive gem of a place and practitioner. If you have the means, a trip to Nosara just for an appointment with Dr. Nathalie would be totally justifiable
